Exciting News – A New Season of Ministry

I wanted to take a moment to personally share some exciting news about a new season God is leading me into. 

After 12 incredible years as the founder and leader of Fire Church Ministries, I am stepping into a new chapter, focusing on itinerant ministry—using music, media, evangelism, and revival events to reach people for Jesus in Australia and beyond. 

With that transition, I am handing over the national leadership of Fire Church to Alex and Jess Barcenas, who I know will continue to lead with passion and vision. Peta and Lee Taberner will step into their new role as Queensland State Leaders, and Chelsea will continue pastoring our Sunny Coast church. 

All other pastors and leaders across our Fire Church family remain in place, and I have no doubt that God is going to continue moving powerfully through Fire Church.

It has been absolutely amazing to see what God has done in these 12 years. 

We’ve witnessed thousands come to Christ, and just this week, Fire Church is planting its ninth location—a true testament to God’s faithfulness.
